Yes, we require a $300 refundable deposit to direct book the reservation. Once you check out, your deposit hold will be released back to you if there are no losses.

Each of our residences offer a full kitchen with appliances, cooking utensils, pot and pans and cutlery.

We understand that grocery shopping is a chore, so we offer a Stock The Fridge service that ensures that your favorite foods are available upon check in.

Finally, we offer a list of local restaurant suggestions in the house manual, which is located in the kitchen or dining area.

The residence will be clean and sanitized upon check-in.  We do offer additional cleaning service for guests staying more than one week upon request.  Additional fees apply.

We have contact-free check-in and out. Upon booking, guests will receive check-in and check-out instructions. 

Each of our properties has an in-property washer and dryer and  enough supplies for one load per week, per registered guest.

We have a strict cancellation policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

 

We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance.

For guests who book 28 days or more:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
